Because of Thy Faith

Colored Pencil - This is a fine art painting of a historical event in Mesoamerica. It took research into architecture and costuming and color to come up with this image. I made the costumes my models are wearing as resource material for this colored pencil painting. I did many sketches and used tracing paper to work out my composition.
